Initial Consultation
This is a free telephone consultation lasting about 30 minutes which will be offered to get an idea of your current difficulties, presenting condition, needs and expectations and to help to effectively plan for the initial assessment.
Initial Assessment and Comprehensive Report
Initial assessment usually lasts 90 minutes. During this time, I will gather the case history including medical history and current situation and problems from yourself or family, make observations, carry out a range of informal and formal tests as appropriate. I will also explore your expectations and give you a brief idea of what would be an appropriate plan going forwards. I will produce a comprehensive report of assessment findings, analysis, goals, recommendations and a treatment plan as appropriate including costings. The comprehensive report will be compiled in due course after the initial assessment and sent out on completion.
Total Costs for Initial Assessment and Comprehensive Report: £225.00 (£75 per hour)

Therapy Sessions
Therapy sessions usually last up to an hour. This will be a series of holistic treatment sessions that target our set goals and use evidence-based treatment approaches with a combination of Functional and where appropriate Impairment based approaches.
Costs: £75 per hour

Review and Report
A review will be carried out at the end of a treatment block. This will be a 60-90 minute session to ascertain progress of the areas identified during initial assessment and progress towards therapy goals. It will also help to establish if further treatment blocks or are needed or if discharge is appropriate. The findings of the review and the recommendations for future management will be documented in a brief report.
